Having gained over 15 years of experience working in local land agency in Cumbria, Bruce has decided to establish his own land agency business.  Running the venture alongside his own family beef and sheep farm, his practical agricultural knowledge together with his professional experience and understanding, enables him to assist and advise in all aspects of land agency. 

Bruce Murray Land Agency comprises of Bruce Murray, being an independent RICS qualified chartered surveyor, ably assisted by his partner Linda Carruthers, a farmer’s daughter with a wealth of knowledge in administration work and accounting.

The company is registered as a firm Regulated by RICS, and is a member of The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
